I was recently offered the position of head chef at a spa in the UAE. At first, I was in shock and didn’t really know how I felt about everything. I was overwhelmed, excited, in doubt, happy, sad…you name the emotion, I felt it. Everyday it’s a different feeling so I thought it would be good to document this journey that I am about to embark upon. I am sure that this is going to be one of the most exciting, most challenging and most difficult moments that I will be facing but I am ready to charge and face it head on.
I am very blessed to have such supportive people in my life, who have pushed me to go for my passion. They have shown nothing but love and support for me and my decisions. They are my sources of strength and inspiration.
